ダメージを受けた商品への連絡に対して直ちに対応して頂く。

Today we have a holiday and the office is closed.
Tomorrow we will send you a new one. 
Please report the damage immediately at Japan Post. Please send us then the damage report. We never had this problem before. But there is an insurance with the package.
