国際郵便で商品が壊れていた場合損害賠償は発送先で手配してもらうことになるようだ。
発送先から委任状が出れば日本で損害賠償を受けられる。
シャフトが曲りリングが割れ開きません。（画像参照）
至急替わりの商品を送ってく頂きたい。
あとで日本郵便からドイツの郵便局へ事故報告が行く。損害賠償請求は受取人からは出来ない。

A damaged it arrived. The main shaft was bent and the runner ring is cracked. I could not open it. (Please see the attached pictures)
