「来週まで戻ってきません。」は「He / She won't be back until next week.」

「いつ戻ってくるかわかりません。」は「I'm sorry, but I have to idea when he'll / she'll be back.」

「戻ったら電話させましょうか？」というなら「Shall I have him / her call you (when he / she gets ) back?」
