今まではマメに連絡くれたのですが今回は聞かないと説明がもらえませんでした。

However we are still waiting for the felt hat to come back into stock, it is due into us on the 02/02/2016, we will be despatching your order the same day we receive the other hat. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused by this delay.
