荷物が届かない

ちゃんと注文したはずなのに荷物が届かない。

よくあることです。日常茶飯事とは言わないまでも頻繁に買い物していれば年に数回あってもおかしくないです。

日本じゃありえないですけどね。年に何度も注文しているところでも最近ありました。8月17日発送したよというメールを受け取って

いたのですが、二週間たっても届きませんでした。いつもだと７日くらいで届いていました。

 

私：Hello. Thank you for your dispatches.
I don't get it on 1st September.
Could I get a tracking number?

９月１日になりますが荷物を受け取っていません。

荷物の番号教えてください。

 

店：Thank you for your email. The briefcase was returned to us so we assumed that you did not want the item and we refunded your account on the 27^th August. How strange that you did not receive the item? We still have this in stock if you would like to place a new order and we will look into why this item was returned to us and did not make it to you.

 I am sorry for the confusion, we shall try to investigate what happened. Please place a new order.

メールありがとうございます。ブリーフケースですが返品されてきましたので、欲しくない製品なのかと思い8月27日にそちらのアカウントにリファンドいたしました。そちらに届いていなかったというのは不思議ですね。まだご希望であれば、この製品はまだ在庫がございます。なぜこの製品がそちらに届かないで返品されてしまったのか引き続き調査いたします。

これはどうなった？再度注文しなおして発送してもらいました。今度は一週間くらいで届きました。
